The Virginia Jewelers Association was founded in 1904 to promote integrity, the general welfare, professionalism and prosperity of the jewelry industry in the Commonwealth of Virginia.

The Virginia Jewelers Association is an affiliate of Jewelers of America, which is the largest retail trade organization committed to consumer education, as well as the continuing education of the VJA retail members.
